You could have a look on http://travelmoney.moneysavingexpert.com/ we usually use Saga for our exchange, it's pretty competetive.

Alex...do you have any knowledge of WestCan? I have Bulk Tipper and Tank experience. We're at the very start of looking into getting over to Canada with SK in mind.
