Hi all, well I ran an AVG scan and found that, yes, it was in fact a phishing virus
downloaded with a Java update.
I contacted Solbank who told me that they had a number of inquiries about this...

Yes!. I've spent all morning trying to access my account ,with the same result.
I've asked my partner in Fuerteventura to go to the bank an ask about this.
