You must be travelling in a DeLorean, it most certainly does not take 30 mins from Mad Beach to Hoover Blvd, Tampa. Try 45 mins on a good day.

Whatever is the big deal with someone's ability to read a request and provide a time within servicing hours to accommodate a request?

Here's one that is more a rant than a question.....

My youngest arrived in August - we paid his fee for his Green Card as requested. Then received a letter for him to go to our local USCIS office...
