Rene you beat me to it, I was just going to ask about that. I havn't yet read the instructions for filing I-131 but if you know from experience, do I file that to Vermont where my aos application has...

Although the health issue wasn't worrying me too much as we all have a fighting chance, the cost of it all (money and/or time) was the real worrying factor.

Where do I stand with health insurance as my visa is still not processed? Will it be via England insurance or USA?

Ian I wouldn't want to go that route, if my wife and I want to return to the USA...

Ah ha, now that makes sense. The reason I was wondering about that is in case things didn't go to plan here in the USA I wanted to know how simple or hard it would have been to go home and find a job...

Although the payment has to be made by cheque my wife (usc) does not ever use or have a cheque book. She says a money order (i personally dont know how those work) will be...
