I don't consider myself dishonest but if a colleague thought enough of me to confide something like this I wouldn't go sniping behind their back. It was no doubt the employer who instigated this...

The tone of this post is actually quite vindictive. The OP obviously dislikes his/her colleague and methinks there's a bit of jealousy involved here as well.
Meanwhile, the unsuspecting colleague...

Such as Anadin Extra and tinned prunes...

I ordered Anadin Extra from an on-line UK chemist as couldn't do without them (always been my best cure for headaches!)

As for prunes - plenty dried...
