Hi Guys,

I wrote on this forum a couple of years ago. I was getting a Marriage Visa to come to USA. My wife is from USA, I am from England.

We did it in 4 months. Just wanted to let you know it...

okay so this lawyer says that he can get my cr1 visa through in 3 months. That after 2 weeks of arriving into the US i will be sent my green card and that I use the green card to get a social...

Then by Nov 2010 - Jan 2011 we would get it back and approved.

hiya thanks for your post - "Leave To Remain" meaning the spousal visa approval?

Does coming into UK on Fiance visa count as Leave to Remain?

Sorry you are right. I guess I dont fully understand the point on if she has been her 6 months or not as yes she has just become an official resident by getting her spousal visa approved but yes also...
