Can you elaborate further? I came here on a K3 visa, in my interview at the embassy last 2004 they asked me why my daughter isnt coming she's 16 that time. I said we want her to finish her highschool...

Let them lead their own life. Eventually, she needs to produce her expired visa, I-94, etc. when she applied for AOS. The immigration would know her overstaying sooner or later.

Thanks for the replies , my mom is from the Philippines and my mother in law wants to meet her. She will only stay here for 5 days and she's 64 years old and widowed. No properties except her...

Yup, and they asked for it as to register on line that is my password to open the on line banking and another Identification.
I went to 3 banks and all are asking for the SSN.
