Check with the hotel if they have a courtesy bus as this won't cost you...

have a look at www.yellowpages.co.nz for car hire,we went with Hendersons $10 per day + insurance for a starlet it was good enough for us (family of 5).
We even had friends come over and use...

To be honest it would be cheaper booking it yourself cos travel agents put their fee on, we've booked a camper for our friends who came over last year cos it worked out...

We flew over econ with 3 kids in tow 18 months old,4yr old and a 8yr old.
We had a short wait in hong kong,flight was good,would travel with CX again :) :) :)

Question NZ-Child benefit

Having just seen a thread on child benefit in OZ i was wondering if they have such a thing here in NZ.

It's been different for us!
We get to spend more time together as a family and if the kids get there act together after tea we go for an pre bed-time stroll along the beach.
More than that though...
