If you've gotten a speeding ticket, do you check "yes" for committing a "crime or offense for which you were not arrested" AND for having "been arrested, cited or detained by law enforcement"?

I was more thinking about how you have to have biometrics done for Visas, work permits, green cards... If the fingerprints don't change, why do they have to keep taking them? Insanity.

You might just say, "We recently moved & need to fill out the correct papers for that." If they ask when you moved, tell them the truth. That's a pretty minor offense I would think. ;)

Angry Letter says if you don't receive GC in 3 wks, call. Call center says to wait 60 days.

My husband was approved AOS July 14. We were told my the officer that he should get it within 3 wks. The "welcome" letter said to call the misinforation line if not received within 3 wks.
