Moving to Belgium, now we are 3!

I know! That's what I thought too. Then I considered that the additional fee would be cheaper than therapy, and much less than airfare to fly there and actually make them staple and stamp the thing!...

Yep, I have 2 new questions.

The first- Is it possible to open a bank account online before we arrive in Belgium? I thought ING does one online but when we tried we were stymied by the Post Code....
