While I haven't had an applicant come through from Pakistan on my end, and without looking into it, I do not see the CO taking a shortcut like that because you go through a MARA registered lawyer.

This iis why you should use a Registered Migration Agent. You wouldn't run into problems like this. It is within the DIAC's rights to refuse your medicals if they have expired as you may have gotten...
