The best advice in this situation is never leave the country if you have a kid and you are illegal and you can't adjust status for whatever reason at least not while the kid is a kid. Leave when they...

Why didn't she follow the advice this forum and adjust status based upon that marriage? I am almost certain that suggestion would have been put to her. Even I know you can do that or at least back...

An immigration lawyer would know how to get the waiver through. I think that is better than the chances for a B2 down the line isn't it? It is her only chance isn't it? No force on earth save...

Others can comment on that, I think it was incorrect you should have been at least at that point in time been able to file adjustment of status based upon marriage to USC irrevelent of your overstay...

Why didn't she get a full ten year passport because she was illegal at the time? I thought you didn't need proof of legal status to have a passport renewed?

Why did you never attempt to adjust status after you got married to your child's father? Your only hope is to perhaps get married to this guy from SC that you have met and get that green card you...

What would happen if you attempted to cancel the credit card charge paying that fee. They say the ESTA would then be revoked if such an attempt is made. Would that mean you could never use the VWP...

Those guys are now charging 20 pounds aren't they? No matter who you file it with you still gotta pay the £9 charge no way around that. I don't know if I would have used one of those sites before but...
