There cmay be options once the State Migration Plans come out but since you have secured employment the subclass 457 is your quickest option - you can then revisit other options once in Australia.

For your Sponsorship application State Governments do not accept Coloured Scans...but when it comes to the actual online visa lodgement you should should be ok... Without stating the obvious there...

This is certainly is a Permanent Residence visa... the same as all other PR visas.... if a relation breaks down visa holder will still be able to continue on in Australia without any consequence......

There is often confusion with respect to how long before one can be sponsored - For parent visas it is 2 years (policy) but for skilled sponsored visas this 2 years is not a requirement. regards

yes the will be accepted, they're linked to your passport no. Nothing will happen to them until visa is lodged. They're only valid for 12 months though.
