Thanks old.sparkles for this information i guess i should change the occupation to Web Developer and try to get state nomination, it is better than getting rejected and wasting money.

Well in that case it would be a problem as i was targeting to apply as Independent application, not from any state. So what should i be doing now?

Hi

My ACS assessment is in progress, its been 12 weeks on 25 Sep, and still application status is With Assessor, should i wait more or do anything else?

No response from ACS after 3 months reached today

I have received no response from ACS and 3 months completed today, and online status still shows "In Porgress" should i contact ACS asking about my status and case finalization?
