Will my EOI Fee be returned if not selected in pool for six months?

I am new to this forum and thinking to apply for EOI, all i want to know is, will my EOI Fee be returned if not selected in pool for six months?.

As far as Im aware they dont refund fees if you are not selected from the EOI pool.
