If he is a dependent on the tax return then he adds to the houshold. for example if he is disabled and a dependent, he adds to the numbers in the household.

Sorry I didn't realise he was already married, i was under the impression he had the intent to enter u.s. on vwp, marry and then aos.

Can you get married in the US to a US citizen on the VWP?

why not do things the proper way rather than making it fancy and risking it? go over on a K1, or get married in say mexico and apply for a CR-1. I know its difficult being apart but if it was meant...

Just wondering, once entering the u.s. as a CR-1 and having the stamp on the visa page of my british passport (thereby activating it), is it possible to leave and re-enter the u.s....

- open a joint bank account with her and start using it as your main account
- add her to the lease

i'm assuming that you've been together for a year now then?

if i were you i'd get plenty of evidence of relationship, no one attending your wedding isn't an ideal thing to year from the COs point...

Just a quickie! When the officer at the interview says "I am approving your visa", does that mean its 100% approved and you can start moving your life? I would hate to give my job and flat...

what about the armed forces?
how much do you pay for cable?
what is your t.v. like? (you could sell it)
possible to sell your computer?

these all sound like crazy...

if you have a mortgage and are paying towards it, you will have some ability for equity release? having a mortgage means you have an asset which you could surely put as collateral for a reletively...

Is there absolutely no way you can borrow (from a bank or friend/family)? Even if they each give you a small amount? It would be a terrible shame to lose it!

bare in mind also that these days you need your police cert to attend the medical. not my experience but one i read from C_C
