I don't think it's behind at all, I think it's the nature of how it works in such a transient place.

Like I said, good Aussies move overseas, primarily to earn more and get more international...

Lack of skills generally, I think, especially on the programming side of things.

I agree with the salary cap though; I think the global organisations who have offices here in Australia look at...

I think there are massive shortages in the technology sector here in Australia....

I don't think it has anything to do with lack of technology based degrees available or good people applying for...

The flights to anywhere are far too expensive from Australia. I travel a lot for work and my UK based company are constantly complaining about how, for the cost of flying them to Sydney, they can...
