Not yet.... Still waiting. I arrived in Melbourne last Monday. Was supposed to start working next Monday but not possible!! I am going to the AHPRA offices again in a couple of days.

I phoned my local Magistrate courts and they do it for £25... as many copies as you need. So phone them and they will do it. (I live in Stockport);)
