You can pay people to sign those - professionals, it's not against the law, they mention it on their website , a justice of the peace and notary for example they charge you a fee to do it, I think...

Even though these "proof your age" cards are legal documents that are meant to be worth 70 points or something, I would advise against it - they are a waist of money, each state has their own version...
