would like to point out that from what I have read and from looking at my wife's report on credit karma, they only show a brief description of your true score, her score was over 40 points higher...

I have been legal since jan 2012... been here for just over 2 years... this is what you need to do.... it's nothing like in the uk here as you have to chase up everything yourself... back and forth...

I must say that since later end of september when I submitted my applications all in together I recieved two letters asking for more information from the uscis, just one copy of this and one for that...

Yes I am beyond the 90 days this whole process has taken me over a year and half to sort out, had to do all the paper work myself in the end as the two previous attornies were poor and time wasters,...

I was 21 at the time I am now 37 it also happened on my birthday.... the maximum penalty for this conviction is 2 years - I got a fine of 150 pounds

other convictions are all football fines.......

I have not discussed this conviction with my attorney but I did inform about all my convictions are 10-14 years ago and all related to football violence.. everything we have been asked to do/supply...

We have had confirmation from her Lawyer that her divorce paperwork will be at hand on Tues morning to collect..... my birth cert is being sent today from the uk that too should be here by Tuesday...
