Re: I-751 Request For Evidence

Thanks guys. Looking at the stuff you've said, I think I have some good ideas.

I did know I would have to prove this... I was just a little surprised that I didn't send enough stuff before.

Re: Conditional Green Card on its way - will I be able to work?

Yes, they did biometrics and no I wasn't complaining, I never expected a refund at all, I was just curious. I'm happy to even get my GC this early, so I'm certainly not going to complain about them...

Re: Conditional Green Card on its way - will I be able to work?

Thanks. So what happens to the money I gave them for the EAD, I suppose they just swallow it into the system?

It's good to know I can work, though, thanks for your help.

Re: Approved for conditional permenant residency with no interview... or not?

Awesome! But why did they approve my case so quickly? Just curious if they are doing anything special to speed up the process or something.

Re: I-134 for K1 - specific contributions?

I don't have an awful lot of savings, so I'd rather have the I-134 to hand. I'll take evidence of savings as well, but I'd rather overwhelm them at the interview than come away disappointed.
