If you're an AAA member, most offices will have Euros.

Otherwise, Bank of America will deliver to a local branch in 3 days time for $7.50 - which isn't terrible....

Citibank - www.citibank.co.uk - although I wouldn't keep the account once you can get to the UK and open a proper account as Citibank are a bit of a nightmare.
