DH is contemplating a move from Abu Dhabi to Jeddah - job offer as he says 'to good to refuse' !

Our teenage daughter sails and competes regularly with our local sailing club - lasers 4.7

Hi everyone

Just wanted some info on the Al Reef villas Abu Dhabi.

We looked at the display villas but want to know what the community is like. What facilities are available - shops, pool etc....

My son is currently receiving orthodontic treatment - braces.
He goes to Nicholas & Asp college Health care city 04 3624790 - you only pay for the treatment not the visits - all xrays, checkups...

Thank you sharing your experience as I didn't think we were the only ones with this situation - how long ago did you cancel the visa ie was it this year and what did they say at the Ministry...

The backpack in Oz suggestion sounds good but he may like that too much and not turn up for the start of Uni ! but at least he wouldn't be illegal or need to...

yes I agree - and if he could get a job then he would and obviously be sponsored by his employer.

DH is worried that when DS leaves the country to go home he might have a prob at the airport - DH...

I just read the article - ok he doesn't want to study in the UAE as he has a uni place in Australia - he will start there next year (he is having a gap year).

So, what do we do...

yes that is what I thought too - when DH applied for a visa for him last year they gave him one for 3 years - it was only when a friend said they heard that sons...

I am new to the forum so please be kind :)

I am living in Abu Dhabi with DH and our 3 children. The eldest of them (male) has just turned 18.

He has a 3 year residence visa...
