I felt the same way about my application and it arrived at Sydney about 3 weeks before yours, I'd give it a few more weeks before worrying that there are major issues.

I'm on a similar timeline to you and still haven't heard anything. I'm thinking that I'm going to be receiving the pack back soon with a "thanks but no thanks" letter.

This is quite simply the most nerve wracking wait I think I've ever had.

If you're rejected do they do that by email or do they write returning your whole pack?

Haven't worked up here as a Restaurant Manager, that's all based on experience 8/9 years back but I work up on the Bowthorpe Industrial Estate as an Office Manager at the moment.
