I believe it said it could take between 4 - 6 hours so I was lingering at Heathrow waiting to pick her up. I phoned DEFRA after 2 hours and they told me she was ready to pick up.

We brought our cat over from Canada in March this year and they used the same wording. I am sure it is just to cover themselves. We paid no extra fees at Heathrow.

Yes it was taken into account with the purchase price. It was an original slate roof 100 years old but the overgrown Wysteria had taken it's toll over the years. Now much trimmed down and managable.

We also used Tippet Richardson and so far have found them to be very efficient. Our partial container is actually en route from Vancouver to the UK and is scheduled to arrive on May 21st. at Tilbury....
