Notice the wordings. For skill assessment, it says that you cannot lodge without skills...

I cannot tell your chances, but people here have got their scored increased by remarking. you can search this forum for IELTS remarking threads, and you will find alot..

Did you think about re-marking? Since speaking is a subjective test, there is a chance that your score may change.. with your high scores in other modules, i think you should go for re-marking..

and also in last 24 months, you should have 12 months of experience...

I believe that MediBank provides 885 students with option to book the medical (without any date) to provide you with reference number.. and get actual booking when you have been requested by our case...

Presently, online status are not helpful. Most people here have got their visa while their online status still said documents required. Some CO updates them, some don't.. so its not something you...

Your student visa will not be extended but you can apply for a thesis marking visa...

When you pay VAC, it means you are lodging visa application. However, to lodge a valid PR application you must have obtained results of skill assessment. So if you pay VAC without skills assessment...

I agree 100% with that, that is why I gave references from DIAC website quoting Question 15 from the FAQs which should have absolutely cleared these doubts. as I believe DIAC gives definitive...

March 2011? Have you already lodged application before 1st july 2010?

I think after 1st july, you are not eligible to apply with this occupation which is on SOL schedule 4 but not in SMP....

so it will be very good.. you don't have to rely on bridging visa B to travel outside Australia.. :)

btw, it will have no effect on your 885 application....

You will get bridging visa C only if you withdraw your 485 application.. If let both 885 and 485 run together, no problem at all... you will get bridging visa A with full work rights...

You cannot lodge a valid PR application without obtaining a valid skills assessment result first. You have to wait for Engineers Australia to give you the results before you apply. If you are going...

Yes, but you can only do so within 6 months of your letter of completion date, after that you have to wait for 485 grant before applying for 885.



Its better to run both applications in...
