I went on the Thursday before bank holiday and received my visa the following Wednesday.

You can arrange to have it delivered to your work place, as long as the person who signs for it has a form...

Well I called about 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment and was told that there were no available slots and to call back on the 7th June when they might have a new schedule. I called back 3 days...

Thanks for the advice, it kinda is as the last time I went to the US was on a Disney visit when was a wee lass!

I think this could be another problem for me, I am not sure if I have enough evidence - what kind of things will I need to supply as proof?

I dont have a mortgage or rent books as I am currently...

By the looks of it there is no way of determing whether an offense is CIMT or not, it is just down to who you get on the day at the embassy and POE. I hope I get...

Hi,

I have been reading lots of posts by people who have been arrested and convicted etc. But what if you were arrested and found not guilty?

I was arrested about 7/8 years ago for assaulting...
