Hiya. I can't help you with the time frame, but I am interested myself in knowing how long it'll take. Are you a UK citizen applying for a B2 visa to come to the US?
My UK bf is thinking about doing that, as I'm a US citizen. We want to do the B2 first before doing the K-1, so I'm really interested in knowing how it goes for you. He's thinking of coming in August this year. How about you?
Thanks in advance, and good luck!
Oh, and PS... did you first fill otu the DS 160, and do those required steps following that to get your interview? (submit photo, etc)
What documents are you bringing with you?
I've only been reading online about things, so it'll be helpful to chat to someone who's actually doing it.
Cheers,
Britt.

Went to the Embassy a few Fridays ago, my visa arrived the following Thursday (at 4.50pm.. I waited in all damn day and it turned up 10 minutes before the end of delivery times
). I paid for regular shipping and the information didn't appear on the DX website until the day before delivery.

I went on the Thursday before bank holiday and received my visa the following Wednesday.
You can arrange to have it delivered to your work place, as long as the person who signs for it has a form of your ID.

We handed them over last Friday (18th) but apparently ours can take up to 10 days as they're O visas?! Considering every single thing to do with this visa has taken the maximum time at every stage I'm not expecting them until Friday next week at the very earliest.

Quick update. Passports arrived about 5 minutes ago but were processed on Thursday so took 11 days from embassy to the front door.
