Application declined, fee refund time frame?

Hi all,

Sadly our application was declined about 15 weeks ago.

Quick question, on the decline letter it says they will refund the fee's paid in 8-12 weeks but we haven't had the refund yet....

Just a little update, came home from work to find an AOR on the doormat :thumbup:

12 months into application now, I never knew I had so much patience! :eek:

Thanks for all of your replies, according to royal mail our pack was signed for and received on day 119 (cutting it fine I know!) and I have now checked ecas and nothing other than our Sydney AOR is...

We sent it royal mail recorded delivery so we know it has got there, but I didnt know whether they would send out an acknowledgement or how I can track things from here? Where do I go to...

Quick question, I sent my 120 day pack on November 3rd 2010, I have yet to receive an AOR, will it come through by email?

Today is my day off so am planning on devoting it to organising the docs and working out which ones we need to get!

Just checked online banking and our money was taken today!!! Will start to gather docs and keep and eye out for 120 day email!

Lets just hope England win today and it will be cause for double...

To be eligible for the Canadian Investor Visa, you need $800,000 net worth and able to invest $400,000 with the CIC. You also need to qualify points wise, similar to the fsw system.

You can pay by Visa, as Visa is accepted worldwide, including Visa Debit. As long as you put the amount needed in can$ its fine as Visa automatically deducts the amount to the current exchange rate....

Ive been told that they do not (cannot) ask for your whole medical records from your gp but just ask for gp reports on the conditions you disclose? :confused:

I agree, I think I 'simplified' it too much when I should have given as much detail as I could. Im taking the roles directly from the NOC now, where appropriate.

I would send everything to Ottawa as soon as you can rather than delaying it seeking extra info, as you can always give the CIC extra information if they need it/request it :)

You need to have it by the time the 120 day letter requests docs as you have to show it then :)
