Have a look at http://www.myschool.edu.au/, it's a good guide as it gives a generic idea of the profiles of each school. Although this site has controversial opinions. My kids (5 & 9) go to Highgate...

Have you been to Brighton High? They are very strong in drama. It's a zoned school though, but they do make some exceptions (such music and volleyball). Good luck!
