You are illeagl if you enter a country on one visa then carry out acts which are not allowed on that visa. Just because you have entered on a legal visa does not allow you to do what you want there...

Feel free to stay in any other place than India! If you hate the place that much please tell us why you want to visit so much and then run the India/Goa down. No wounder people like me get hacked off...

Not so my 2nd son was born in the UK he got OCI only because he was under 18 when his mother got her OCI if he was over 18 then he would have got PIO like me. Also while still a British citizen...

Not so when I got my PIO card (wife and kids have OCI) I had to sign to accept that I can not get help from BHC in India. Also when carrying your British passport you must also carry the old passport...

I think you will find that as you were not born in India and you a over 18 you will get a PIO card same rights as a OCI but has to renewed every 15 years. If your children were born in India they...
