Thanks everyone, I only keep my UK passport as a emergency backup. As I have been told if you are abroad and need help the British embassy is better than US embassy for help.

Well re-did turbo Tax 2013 only to find form 8938 is not ready yet until the middle of February, could not e-file yet. So much trying to get tax finished early.

It is lucky I asked the question about FBAR which brought up info on the form 8938. Looking at instructions for 8938 it said you had to report accounts if greater than $100,000. ...

Having difficulty contacting Bupa from USA as all there phone number are 800. Also the local Bupa doctors are over 15 mile away and not that convenient to get too and park.
