MSGD....Here is the checklist for applying EAD for your spouse. In my case, my employer sent all three applications in one packet and we got approved for E3, E3D and EAD....E3/E3D at the same time...

Let me explain clearly. For H1B visa, the POE officer issues I-94 validity date based on your H1B Visa validity. That means the expiry date on I-94 will be the same as the expiry date on Visa in case...
