Hi apple_pie,

I suggest you to apply for the state where you want to be and then proceed. It will be difficult to make changes later on. But be as fast as possible.

Things ''May'' look different from other side of the window. There is no refernce provided for the case of Priority group 3 and that is were we can't find any ans. Please comment.

It really depend upon your plans . If you want to go asap please select 176 otherwise go for 175 as it is still better option as no control over by any state, you are free.

No, You can't get the points due to ACS. The controlling point is GSM application before 8 Feb 2010.
