I have come across Form 3A during PF Transfers, that form will be given by old employer, to facilitate speedy PF transfers. I haven't seen that form as mine was a Exempted Trust.

Does Form 3A come...

You may still ask your old employers for Form 23 statements (before asking for Form 12BA). Many of them preserve them, as it's very difficult for them also to get PF statements second time....

Won't your Employer provide the small 30'x3' PF Form 23 slip every year? DIAC are asking for that. Usually these Form 23 PF statements are issued after 1-2 years time, so don't worry much about...

I keep seeing many Contract Job Postings (Mostly from 3M to 6M) posted on Seek for $500 to $650/Day, or $60 to $80 per hour. I took earnings reference from there.

Try borrowing/using a friend's card. I did the same thing after *the bankrupt bank* refused to increase credit limit (even though I had sufficient funds!).

We got grant letter last Tuesday :D. Dropped Passports for stamping the same day, and got stamped passports by courier on Friday morning :thumbup:

Applied for 175 on 26/Sep/2009. Visa Grant...

Being an Accountant, if you don't have IELTS 7 in all sections your application will be handled at very low priority, and you may not get PR for next 2-3 years! If the changes coming in June Knockout...

We got grant letter today for Class VE, subclass 175 Skilled - Independent Visa. In all information requests from DIAC, our application type was mentioned as GSM-175, and we are now waiting for GSM...

It's a Mandatory Requirement to both Stay and Work in Sponsored State for first 2 Years. It's only based on your commitment that State has Sponsored your Application. This applies for Primary...

You can scan and send the completed form by email to [email protected]. Also mention your Name, TRN, File No and Client ID in Subject Line.

What about "Many Applicants in December already getting there Visas"? What DIAC is doing is not first-application-processed-first method. They should probably tell us what is the processing priority...

Twice they asked me to get more docs on Employment even though I had submitted offer letters, relieving letters, 12Month pay slips etc. They probably were not happy with "Self Declaration" and "Email...

Hi, I am on CSL + MODL with 140 Points on old rules [and 160 Points on 08/02/2010 new rules, just in case:cool:]. Got CO on 18/12/2009 itself.
