I submitted my visa application, but the problems is, when I was born I was named vinod anda, then a year later I was named sanjay anda and then when I was 18 I changed it to sanjay varsani.

When I filled in my visa, I said my name was sanjay anda at birth and that i changed it to sanjay varsani but as I never knew I was named vinod till I got a birth cert with it i did not tell them this. On the birth cert I got it states my name was changed to sanjay 11 months after my birth.

Now how do I go about informing the visa people about this as I need to upload the cert to prove link between me and my brother?

Since my application is online, Can I scan the filled form and upload it or should it couriered?

You can scan and send the completed form by email to [email protected]. Also mention your Name, TRN, File No and Client ID in Subject Line.
