I missed the filing deadline once by a few days and ended up with a £100 fine, so would rather avoid trying that until I have something in writing :P

Unfortunately ten years has passed since I submitted my p85, I had a copy at one point but I have no idea where it is, if I still have it!

I guess it was more of an assumption, since the K1 visa is dated for the 90 days, I would assume that a new visa would be required after that expires, hence the AoS. I will read up on it properly...
