Agreed, my observation was based on the assumption that just the company name has changed, if previous company has gone down and employer started a brand new/separate entity, then it is a grey area....

If you can manage, get the sticker. It also acts as a valid id for point test, I think 30 points, require to get a bank account, rental, phone contract, driving license etc.

You can provide any active and valid ielts result. Each result has different id. It also doesn't need to be same for accessing authority and diac.
