Sorry Leslie, I posted that incorrectly. I'm talking about the foreign spouse/finance leaving the country. My fingers are faster than my head sometimes =)

Law concerning abandonment of

petition.

Does anyone know where I can find the law concerning abandonment of a petition? I.e., if a petitioner leaves the country it's considered abandoning the petition.
