I think as it is generally cheaper to get a return than a one-way I will get a return ticket to come back around Christmas and then get a one-way at some point for early in the new year once the visa...

I am not sure that there is a minimum score but if you have an interview and you can show that you have taken steps to try to learn French I have heard that helps.

I applied for my CSQ at the end of last September and received that acknowledgement letter early November. Then one week later I received my CSQ, no interview !

That is exactly what I did, filled out that form with the credit card form, but this is the link they sent me which states that credit cards are not accepted at the London office :...

Thanks guys, that gives me a bit of an idea. Hopefully it won't be too much longer now then. Assuming that the London office works in the same way!

Thanks, but I don't have a CIC reference number yet so they have only given general "copied and pasted" style answers that don't really answer my questions. The London office apparently does not...
