Does any one know if it is worthwhile loading a 139 visa as this is supposed to be priority tested?

I guess it wont be the M25.

Tried to go from NW london to SE london to end up in Brightling in east Sussex.

Somebody closed the m25 so all roads in the vicinity of m25 are grid locked:scared: ...
