she can still easily get her lpr again until she’s 21. She’s now working at British aerospace and they’re paying for all her education. She’ll not be moving here. I can probably still apply for her...

I would think she would have to as to prove she has legal presence since she doesn’t have her green card. I could make an appointment at the post office I guess and ask them.

i-864 wasn’t required for a minor child of a us citizen. I filled out the I-864w if I remember correctly.

im a us citizen. She stayed in England when I moved here with her mother. I married a us citizen here. She had an unexpired IR-2 stamp in her passport from when she first came and got her greencard....

I didn’t see it mentioned in the thread, but for future orders anything under $800 is fine. Once you get over $800 then they can start imposing extra taxes.

shes 14 and I’ll probably file in the next week or so.

I visited 4 or 5 times after I had filed for a k1 visa. I don’t think that will be a problem.
