No 3 years only for new sponsorship application. Super visa not affected and all old sponsorship applications in the backlog will be processed under the old rules.

Not sure if when they mention child under school age they are referring to those less than 5 years old or if it means all kids at school which would be anyone upto 16 years.

In the instruction guide for minors when applying for citizenship they are asking for copies of the passport and PR card which is fine but they also want the following additional id's

1. just regular monthly statements from the bank showing monthly expenses.

2.copy of canadian passport or PR card and evidence of relation to you. You have to prove to cic how you are related....

Try and download the B4 and B4A forms fill them in and make two copies. Customs will keep one copy and stamp and hand you back a copy.

We used PSS as well earlier this year. Wonderful door to door service.

We had our goods in storage for almost 8 weeks with them in the UK and gave them a delivery date for our arrival in Canada...

in that case once you have your PR cards then as long as you have a valid passport you won't have any problem entering canada. no need to carry old passports

I may be wrong but i believe the PR visa is a one time entry visa. If you travel out of canada without getting hold of the PR card then you need to get a new travel document from the High Commission...
