I was issued an "open work visa" in 2011 but expires in Nov this year.

I am in Canada now, I applied back in 2010 from within Canada and has been "in process" for quite some time.

I had complications with my ex over medicals for my children so that was the hold up....

Visa route is PR via spousal sponsorship. I have completed EVERYTHING they have asked. Last step was to give London England a copy of my children's birth certificates which they just acknowledged...

Londongurl, did your husband have any custodial rights to his children when getting divorced? If so then the ex is in breach and has to be pursued.
