I know him well but still, not enough to trust him that much so most probably i'll refuse. But this question just popped up in my mind and couldn't find even a mention of such a thing anywhere online.

Yes he doesn't need invitation letter and i am not sure but i guess no one needs invitation letter to apply for tourist visa. It is just a supporting document that helps and increases the chances to...

anyways, i think the process must be the same as they ask the license to be verified by the consulate. So for India, indian consulate must verify the license so you don't have to write anything...

Yes right. But I personally think (may be wrong) that it will be very hard for anyone to get simply a tourist visa from Pakistan these days. I think it will be better and easier to apply for a visit...

Yes she will be coming from March to May 2012. Thanks for your reply. I got it now. its not a hard and fast rule that I need to be living here for 2 years. They will see my individual circumstances.

Thank you very much. I thought that one has to sponsor for tourist visa as well. I was looking at this form, "Application to visit Australia
as a sponsored family visitor".

once you get the birth certificate, go to NADRA and get form B for your daughter. you will get that in a week. Then take that Form B and birth certificate and apply for her passport and not ordinary...
