You need to have a mailing address in Canada they will not send it out of the country. If you have a friend there use that address and have them forward it to you. You may experience problems...

Tony I am doing the same thing but i am going the federal route as i thought you had to have at least some french. Anyway good luck and let me know how its goes.

Tony the pilot just wondering if the interview is in french, how are you going to manage that ? Also i have heard that they insist on french if you intend to immigrate to Quebec. Just a thought.
