How can we send IELTS scores to DIMA directly?

Does IELTS forms have the provision of filling our file reference number along with DIMA'S address.

Did any of you people who applied in sept/oct 2002 got request for medicals. I think they have even stopped requesting medicals now....not just issueing pregrants!!!!
