It wouldn't occur again as we now have more than enough evidence of income levels, the benefit, if any exist in challenging with a lawyer would be solely to reduce time frames in waiting to submit...

Income details submitted covered years;

2010 (Arrival year June onwards) 6 months only but still $67395 = No
2011 $125,000 = Yes
2012 $155995 = Yes

So we were rejected based on only...

We were lucky I guess, straight into practice. Exam sat and passed 2 and 6 weeks later respectively (both rpn').

I'd say go for it with the Diploma in nursing. I arrived here with diploma in 2010 age 40, have never looked back.

I'd say to anyone considering the idea of Nursing in Canada to not be put off too quickly when reading these forums. YES the process can be long (Think years not months) and admittedly has changed...
