I agree the Sunshine Coast beaches are great, however I have friends and family up that way and they say that the drive to Brisbane is an absolute nightmare and takes them an hour and a half most...

Always check the label!!!! It happens all the time. And if you ask, they'll generally tell you its "Best Before" not "Use By" - I think both are equally as awful :thumbdown:

Your problem here may be Telstra! Not Ozzies in general. I married an Ozzie, have Ozzie kids, deal with Ozzies every day and don't have a problem. However, Telstra, thats another problem altogether...

the problem here is not having an "employee" job, but being self employed. This is why you are being told 40% deposit - this would be your own lender (probably one of the major banks)...

ps - with the three months "genuine savings" - some lenders want 6 months. Your broker will be able to confirm depending on the lender of your choice.

Hi there,
Just make sure you have enough deposit.... some banks will do 5% deposit.... must be genuinely saved meaning you have to show it being held or accumulated in a bank account over a minimum...
