I sent off for my U.S born daughter at the same time as renewing my UK born son's passport - my Mum was going to England so she took the applications and mailed them recorded delivery - within 2 days...

Hmmmm I wonder which processing time online I need to be looking at? For i-130 it says 5 months but I'm not surethane if that's a start to finish time?

It is considerably more than that, he's an Insolvency Practitioner, so he must have some good contacts at one or more of those firms I think. It was my mother who was asking - perhaps he already has...

They have been looking at insurance quotes on the ACA websites for our State, the prices for coverage for the 2 of them seem to vary between $800 amd $1500 a month depending on coverage. We knew it...

Ahh I just read on the USCIS site that children under 18 who derive status from their parents can apply for a certificate of citizenship using the N-600..... and it costs $600 each >.< Do they need...

Me, I did that! My boys GC's were due to expire during a visit to the UK that my mom was taking them on and I only had receipts to show we had applied for removal of conditions... and a biometrics...
